depression,Sickness,and brain attack

do you know what i fell when i am tired since 2 month a go until now????
I am on  the high depression,i lost control,i always get a sickness 2 times a week,and after that every night mybrain is so sick,my last time come back again..
Help me???
do you wanna help me??
go away from me for a few times..
and give me a room for breathing..
